Am headed for a lunch break at my favorite work out spot, Burn60. Burn60 is 60 minutes of intense interval training and will change your body. I originally found Burn60 after my second child, the little man, was born and I was trying to find a way to get back to my pre-baby athletic body. I had become frustrated because I was unable to get into shape alone. There are usually between 5 to 24 people in a class and you alternate between a treadmill and weights.
Burn60 is located in Brentwood near Ruby Slippers (a cute children’s shoe shop) so I had seen it before. I was only inspired to try it when my friend, Francey, scheduled a playdate around her Burn60 schedule. The original goal was to feel comfortable in a bikini by the little man’s first birthday. Once I accomplished that, my next goal was to be ripped for his second birthday. I am happy to say that I was able to accomplish the second goal but it was not something I could sustain. If you want to be ripped, I suggest attending Marc’s classes and asking him for dietary advice. Marc specializes in getting rid of muffin tops and bingo arms.
